The decision of the festival and anniversary holidays
The State Council decided to make the "National New Year and Memorial Day holiday" as follows:
1. Modify Article 2 and 2 to "(2) Spring Festival, 4 days of vacation (New Years Eve, New Years Eve to the Third of the first day of the first lunar calendar)", and the fourth item is modified to "(4) Labor Day, 2 days of holiday (May in May (May in May (May1st, 2nd) ".
2. Add one to the seventh: "The holiday of all citizens can be reasonably arranged to uniformly put the holiday rest and implement the systemHolidays. Except for individual special circumstances, continuous work before and after statutory holidays does not exceed 6 days.
This decision will be implemented from January 1, 2025.
The "National New Year and Memorial Day Holiday Measures" according to this decision to modify it accordingly and re -announce it.
Methods of the National New Year and Memorial Day holidays

Article 1 is to unify the holidays of the National New Year and Memorial Day, and formulate this method.
Article 2 The holiday of all citizens holiday:
(1) New Years Day, 1 day of holiday (January 1st on January 1st (January 1st);

(3) Qingming Festival, 1 day of holiday (on the day of the Qing Dynasty);

Article 3: The festivals and anniversary of some citizens holiday:
(1) Womens Day (March 8), womens holidayHalf a day;
(2) Youth Festival (May 4), youth over the ageSection (June 1), a child under 14 years of age for one day for children;long time.
The festival of the fourth ethnic minority habits shall, the local peoples governments in various ethnic minorities shall specify the holiday date in accordance with the national habits.
Article 5: 27 Memorial Day, May 30 Memorial Day, Seven 7 Anti -Japanese War Memorial Days, 93 Anti -Japanese War Victory Day, 918 Commemorative Day, Teachers Day, Nurse Festival, Nursing FestivalOther festivals and anniversaries such as the reporters festival and tree planting festival are not holiday.
Article 6 The holidays of all citizens holiday, if coincided with Saturday and Sunday, should make up leave on working days.Some citizens holiday holidays will not make up for leave.
Article 7 The holiday of all citizens can reasonably arrange a uniform holiday rest, combined with the implementation of the annual leave system and other systems, in fact, a long holiday is formed.Except for individual special circumstances, continuous work before and after the statutory holidays does not exceed 6 days.
Article 8 These Measures will be implemented from the date of announcement.
