Method
Collected from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2022, registered with anti -psychiatric drugs registered in Vigibase®Individual reports of patients with WDS.Make ambiguity analysis to evaluate the risk of reporting WDS compared with all other anti -psychiatric drugs.A related analysis was performed to evaluate the correlation between the risk of each anti -psychiatric drug report WDS and the D2 and 5HT2A receptor PKI.

Results
The most common symptoms of mental abstinence after the drug discontinuation of anti -psychiatric drugs is insomnia, anxiety and depression.Tremor, headache, and dizziness are the most common symptoms of neurosphere.

Conclusion

According to previous research, the abstinence syndrome may be related to the increase in dopamine reactions caused by D2R.Therefore, researchers initially believed that the high affinity with D2R could lead to higher risk of abstinence syndrome after the drug discontinued.However, research cannot verify this assumption through correlation analysis.However, the extensive heterogeneity of abstinence symptoms observed in the analysis shows that other receptors may participate in the occurrence of anti -sophisticated abstinence syndrome.
