Clinical diagnosis standards
For the following table (1), (2) (①②③ in any item), (3), (4) (①②, any item), the coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is excluded, Clinically can diagnose myocarditis after myocardial diseases such as heart valve disease, hyperthyroidism, hyperthyroidism.

Clinical treatment plan
The principle of myocarditis treatment is to reduce or control myocardial inflammation, effectively control arrhythmiaDisadvantages and heart failure are treated accordingly to the cause of the etiology to improve the prognosis.
➤ For patients with stable myocarditis with blood flow dynamics, the following treatment plan can be used:
▎ Anti -rhythm treatment
It is recommended to have three degrees of merging or high -level atrioventricular or not accompanied by patients with instability of hemodynamics.Install the temporary pacemaker (Ⅰ, C);
If the second -degree II room is blocked and the hemodynamic is stable, it can be closely observed.ⅡA, C).
